Uniforms, Embroidered Polos and Baju Sukan for Sibu

Uniform Sibu: the short answer

Uniform Sarawak makes embroidered polo shirts, corporate uniforms, baju sukan and full-colour sports jerseys for businesses, schools and clubs in Sibu. We’re JC Print & Office Sdn Bhd, based in Shah Alam, Selangor, with no shop or office in Sibu, so we arrange your order by WhatsApp and deliver it to you, as we do across Sarawak. The minimum order is 1 piece and we don’t publish prices: WhatsApp us your garment, quantity and logo for a quotation, and for lead time and delivery to your town.

Sibu sits on the Rajang river and is one of the main towns of central Sarawak. This page covers three common jobs: embroidered staff polos, baju sukan in several colours, and orders for people in Sibu and towns further along the river, plus how to keep your uniform consistent when you top it up.

What Sibu organisations usually order

Shops, trading businesses and offices

For counter staff, sales teams, drivers and office staff, the everyday uniform is usually a polo shirt or collared shirt with an embroidered logo. The same approved logo can go on jackets and caps, so the whole team matches. Our corporate uniform guide covers the full range, including Muslimah wear and aprons.

Schools, sports clubs and associations

Baju sukan for sports days, inter-class games, club training and tournaments, either as a full-colour sublimation jersey or a simple printed T-shirt. We cover both below.

Community events and gatherings

Charity runs, fundraisers, cultural celebrations, reunions and family days often call for a matching T-shirt, printed by DTF or silkscreen for a logo and slogan, or by sublimation for an all-over design.

Embroidered polo Sibu: getting the details right

An embroidered polo looks simple, but four decisions determine whether it looks right on your staff.

1. Choose the polo colour first

Many businesses choose their main brand colour; others prefer navy, black or maroon and let the logo carry the brand colour. If you can't decide, order one piece in each colour and compare them in person, which the 1-piece minimum makes easy.

2. Plan the thread colours

Embroidery needs contrast to stand out. A light logo reads well on a dark polo, and a dark logo on a light one. If part of your logo is close to the polo colour, we may suggest an outline or a single-colour version. We match thread colours to your logo as closely as we can and show you the result before production.

3. Keep the chest logo in proportion

A chest logo should be easy to read across a shop counter without looking like a large print. We show the logo size on the mock-up so you can judge it before you approve. If you want a big design on the back, print is usually the better method for that part of the shirt.

4. Pick a polo you can order again

If you'll be adding staff during the year, choose a garment you can reorder. Ready-made brands available through us, such as Oren Sport, Rightway, Gildan and North Harbour, are a common starting point. See ready-made brands, and WhatsApp us to check models and colours.

Baju sukan Sibu: sports shirts for schools, clubs and teams

“Baju sukan” covers futsal jerseys, sports-day house shirts, training tees and company carnival shirts. Before you message us, decide which kind you need.

  • Sublimation jersey: the design is printed into microfiber fabric and can cover the front, back, sleeves and collar. It suits team kits and colourful designs, in adult, kids, ladies and Muslimah ranges. See sublimation jerseys.
  • Printed T-shirt: your logo or design is printed onto a ready-made tee by DTF or silkscreen. It suits simpler designs, training shirts and event shirts.

Keeping your uniform consistent, order after order

With a minimum order of 1 piece you can top up as staff and members join; the challenge is making new pieces match.

After each approved order, keep a simple uniform record:

When you reorder, send us this record or the approved mock-up from your earlier order. We’ll check that the same garment is still available and confirm the details in your quotation before anything is made.

Getting orders to the Rajang towns and beyond

Not everyone who needs a Sibu-area uniform is in Sibu town. If your order involves Kanowit, Kapit, Song, Belaga, Dalat, Daro or another smaller town, you have two options:

  1. One delivery address in Sibu. Everything comes to your Sibu shop, office or school, and you hand the pieces out yourself. You can ask us how the order can be packed, for example by branch, class or team.
  2. Delivery to each town. Give us the full address, a contact name and a reachable phone number for each location, and we’ll confirm what’s possible before you approve.

Either way, tell us every location at the start, and WhatsApp us for lead time and delivery to your town before you fix a date.

The thread needs to contrast with the polo, so light thread usually works on dark polos and dark thread on light ones. Send us your logo and polo colour, and we’ll suggest thread colours and show them on the mock-up for your approval.
