Uniforms, Workwear and Custom T-Shirts for Bintulu
Uniform Bintulu: the short answer
Uniform Sarawak supplies uniforms, everyday workwear and custom T-shirts to companies, contractors and organisations in Bintulu. We’re JC Print & Office Sdn Bhd, based in Shah Alam, Selangor, with no office or staff in Bintulu, so we arrange orders by WhatsApp and deliver them to you, as we do across Sarawak. The minimum order is 1 piece and we don’t publish prices, because every quote depends on the garment, quantity, method and artwork, so WhatsApp us for a quotation, lead time and delivery to your town.
Bintulu is known for its port and industrial area, and for the oil and gas and plantation activity around it, alongside offices, hotels, shops and service businesses. For many employers here, a uniform order starts with one question: who wears what? Office staff, supervisors, site crews and visitors may need to be told apart at a glance while wearing the same logo. This page covers that, along with custom T-shirts for crews and company campaigns, and getting orders to Tatau, Sebauh, Belaga and Mukah.
Bintulu uniforms by workplace
Port, industrial and support-service companies
Everyday uniforms for office, logistics, maintenance and supervisory staff: polo shirts, collared shirts, T-shirts, jackets, windbreakers, pants and caps, with your logo embroidered or printed.
Plantation offices and estate teams
Polo shirts and T-shirts for estate offices, supervisors and field staff, with caps and jackets to complete the set. One approved logo can be used across every item, so staff at different locations wear the same company look.
Offices, hotels, retail and F&B
Corporate shirts and polos for reception, sales and management, plus aprons and caps for kitchens and counters. See our corporate uniform guide for the full range, including Muslimah wear.
Schools, clubs and community events
Full-colour sublimation jerseys for sports teams, and printed T-shirts for school activities, runs and community days.
Colour-coding roles with one company logo
Some workplaces use garment colour to show who’s who on a site or in a facility. If you’d like to do the same, here’s one way to set it up. These are examples only, so follow your own site or company rules.
| Role | Example approach |
|---|---|
| Office and admin staff | Polo or corporate shirt in your main brand colour, with an embroidered chest logo |
| Supervisors and team leads | The same polo in a second colour, or the same colour with "Supervisor" printed on the back |
| Site and field crews | A polo or T-shirt in a darker everyday colour, with the logo on the chest and back |
| Contractors or visitors | A separate colour with "Contractor" or "Visitor" printed on the back |
| Event or campaign crew | A one-off T-shirt with the campaign artwork |
We keep the same logo artwork across every colour, adjusting thread or print colours so the logo stays clear on each garment.
Tips for a colour-coded uniform:
- Agree the colours with your HR or safety team before you order.
- Keep a written list showing which colour belongs to which role.
- Order 1 piece in each colour first and check them side by side.
- Note the approved garment and colour for each role, so later orders match.
Custom T-shirt Bintulu: three questions that decide the method
A custom T-shirt in Bintulu might be a crew tee for a project or maintenance period, a safety-week or campaign shirt, a company family-day tee, or a shirt for a club or school event. The right decoration method depends on three things.
1. The number of colours in your design
A design with one or two solid colours is often a good fit for silkscreen. A design with full colour, gradients or photographs usually suits DTF on a ready-made tee, or sublimation if you want the design to cover the whole shirt.
2. The fabric you want
If you’d like a ready-made tee, DTF and silkscreen are the methods to look at. Sublimation is done on microfiber fabric, such as microfiber eyelet, pin dot, mini eyelet, reverse eyelet, RJPK, diamond and lycra, and many more.
3. Where the design goes
For a chest logo and a back print, DTF, silkscreen or heat press are all options. For a design that runs across the front, back, sleeves and collar, sublimation is the method.
Not sure? Send us your artwork and tell us what the shirt is for. We’ll recommend a method in your quotation and explain why. For more on DTF and other print jobs, see printing services.
Planning around project dates and shifts
A little planning helps with site and shift teams:
- Split core staff and later arrivals. If a crew is joining in stages, order for the people already confirmed and top up later. The minimum order of 1 piece makes small follow-up orders possible.
- Name an approver who's reachable. If your site manager works rotations, choose someone who can check the mock-up and approve it while they're away from site.
- Pick a delivery address that receives parcels. A town office with someone at the desk is usually easier than a site gate. Tell us the receiving person's name and phone number.
- Give us the date the crew starts. Put it in your first message. WhatsApp us for lead time and delivery to your town before you commit to it.

List the quantities and sizes for each location, with a full address, a landmark and a receiving contact, or have everything delivered to your Bintulu office and distribute it from there. FAQ
Can someone visit our Bintulu site to take staff measurements?
No. We have no staff in Sarawak, so we can’t visit for measuring. Ask us for the size chart for the garment you’ve chosen and have staff check against it, or order 1 piece in a few common sizes so people can try them on.
Can we colour-code polos for supervisors, staff and contractors?
Yes. You can choose a different polo colour for each role and keep the same logo across all of them. We’ll check that the logo is clear on every colour and show each version on the mock-up before production.
Can you make T-shirts for a safety week or company campaign?
Yes. Campaign T-shirts can carry your logo, the campaign name and a slogan, on the front, back or both. Tell us the campaign date in your first message, along with the quantity and artwork.
Our design is only one colour. Is silkscreen the right choice?
Often it is, because silkscreen suits designs with a few solid colours. DTF may suit better if the design has fine detail or will be printed on only a few shirts. Send us the artwork and quantity and we’ll recommend one.
Do you have sublimation jerseys in kids' and ladies' ranges for Bintulu clubs?
Yes. Sublimation jerseys are available in adult, kids, ladies and Muslimah ranges, so one club or school event can dress every group in the same design. Send us your design and the quantity for each range, and we’ll quote it.
Can different departments have different text on the same polo?
WhatsApp us to check, because it depends on the garment and method. A common layout keeps the company logo on the chest and adds the department name on the sleeve or back. List the quantities for each department so we can quote each version.
How do deliveries to sites in Tatau, Sebauh or Belaga work?
Give us the full address, a landmark and a contact person for each location, or choose to have everything sent to your Bintulu office. WhatsApp us for lead time and delivery to your town, and we’ll confirm the arrangement before you approve.
Our crew changes often. Can we order a few pieces at a time?
Yes. The minimum order is 1 piece, so you can order for new crew members as they join. Keep a note of the approved garment, colour and logo placement, and send it with each reorder so new pieces match.
Do you make uniforms for plantation offices and estate staff?
Yes. We supply polo shirts, T-shirts, caps and jackets with your company logo for office and field staff. Tell us how and where they’ll be worn, and we’ll suggest suitable garments from our range.
Can the same logo go on polos, T-shirts and caps in one order?
Yes. The method may differ by item, for example embroidery on polos and caps and print on T-shirts, but we use the same approved artwork throughout. You’ll see each item on the mock-up before production.
